Las Vegas - Apparently, the World Series HANGOVER is for real. That's why the Rangers are sitting a couple of games below .500. That and the fact that Max Scherzer and Jacob deGrom are still on the shelf. After a mostly ugly May, losing 12 of 14, Texas has come back to life, winning six of the last nine (not including last night). Michael Lorenzen will get the start against the Giants, and after a disastrous outing against the A's back on May 8, the
the big righty has been lights out. How about 20 innings, 3 earned runs (1.35 ERA) and 21 Ks. Also keep an eye on Corey Seager's status. The All-World SS tweaked a hamstring in the series against the Tigers and is day-to-day. If Seager plays, then we hit the Rangers hard. If Corey sits, then we still hit Texas, but slice the bet in half.
