Las Vegas - Got a little revenge on the table in the Midwest Regional Final. Tennessee lost to Purdue at the Maui Invitational back in November, 71-67. Always like to look at revenge, but not sure which way to go in this game, so it's a pass.
However, in the South Regional Final, it's an all ACC affair with Duke and North Carolina State meeting for the third time. In the first game, during the regular season, the Blue Devils (-6.5) posted a 79-64 win at Raleigh. The Wolfpack (+11) got their revenge at the ACC tourney in Washington, D.C., beating Duke 74-69. State has been on a phenomenal roll, winning eight in a row, covering six of the last seven, and throwing down a 6-0 run as an underdog. The Devils looked really sharp in the first two rounds, beating Vermont and James Madison, but that didn't impress. Then the Dookies barely squeaked past a Houston team that lost one of the BEST players in the country, Jamal Shead. The Blue Devils might squeeze out another W and book a spot in the Final Four, but we're barking with the dog at +7 points.
