Las Vegas - Just about every metric you look at favors Buffalo. Seems like the entire world is on the Bills. And why not. The Buffs enjoyed a gorgeous 7-1-1 mark in their last nine road games, while Houston covered only one of the last eight as a home favorite. Everyone is in love with Buffalo QB Josh Allen, and the two-headed rushing attack of Frank Gore and Devin Singletary. Okay, understood, but here's my argument. Deshaun Watson is still as dangerous as any quarterback in the league.

Las Vegas - Double V is gonna roll down to Houston and try the Rockets -4 points over the Sixers. Saw that Joel was upgraded to probable, but don’t know how hard he’ll be able to go on the balky knee. And this has not been a great road trip, with three straight losses heading to Texas. Houston just wiped the floor with a really good Denver team, 130-104, and has won six of the last eight overall. Light play to the Rockets.

Las Vegas - If you're interested in the TicketSmarter Birmingham Bowl, Cincinnati -7.5 (buy the hook down to -7) is probably the side. Luke Fickell motored 106.6 miles South on the I-71 from Columbus to Cincinnati. He spent 15 years at the Horseshoe guiding the Bucks defense for the last 11. He took over the Bearcats in 2017 and they stunk it up at 4-8. However, last season, he caught fire, and Cincy won 11 games. With a W this afternoon in Birmingham, Luke will have YO 11 in the bank again.

Las Vegas - Thinking about Baylor +4.5 points over Georgia in the Sugar Bowl. The only issue is the health of the Bears QB, Charlie Brewer. Looks like C-Brew is good to go after suffering a concussion back in the Big 12 title tilt. If he's good, we're good. Following the money and it's ALL coming in on Baylor. After opening at Georgia -7, it's now down to -4.5 and even -4 in some spots. Why?

Las Vegas - Not overwhelmed with any of the bowl games today, so we'll try a three team 10-point teaser. Take Kansas State and bump the Wildcats up from +3 to +13 points against Navy. Then rock Utah and take the Utes down from -7 to a pick'em against Texas. Close it out tomorrow in the Rose Bowl, where we'll grab Oregon and take the Ducks from +3 to +13 points against Wisky.
