Las Vegas - Starting to handicap the KHL, Kontinental Hockey League, and had my first winner. Sadly, I had NO idea what time the game started in Russia because the ELEVEN time zones got me confused. So, this is what you should have read beofre the game started....

The Aztecs were riding high heading into a Saturday night game against UNLV, with a gorgeous 26-0 record, and a potential number one seed. It was looking really good, maybe too good. So, the Runnin' Rebels stun SDSU 66-63, and there goes the undefeated season, and, most likely the #1 seed.

The Mountaineers have lost five straight Big 12 road games, including a 67-60 OT decision Saturday against TCU. The same bunch of Horned Frogs that the Longhorns just whipped 70-56 in Austin. Huggy Bear's kids have covered only two of the last eight, and are ZERO for the last five as a road favorite. But the real story line here is HUMILIATION!
Read MoreLas Vegas - Jumping into the American Athletic Conference and gonna grab Cincinnati over Wichita State. The The Shockers (20-6) have a slightly better record than the Bearcats (17-9), but when it comes to home cookin', Cincy is superb, winning 11 of 13. Wichita is also a beast at home with a 15-2 record, but on the road, the Shock troops are just average at 4-3. If you're looking at the Bearcats last game, an 89-87 loss to UCF, don't worry.

The Bears bring a gorgeous 24-1 overall record to the party, with a 13-0 perfecto in conference play. The Jayhawks roll in at 23-3, with a 12-1 log in Big 12 play. On the spread charts, Baylor has covered 17 of 25, but is just 8-6 at home. Kansas has put up a 16-10 overall spread record, 8-3 on the road.
